There are some basic things you’d better keep in mind in an interview. And it’s better for your to know what really gets under the skin of employers before you go to the interview. I talked to a series of experts and hiring manager and it comes up as follows:

1. Winging it

Prepare firstly before you go for an interview. Some candidates show up without knowing basic data of the company and the size of the company. It really annoys employers.

2. Greed

No matter how you would link to know how much a job will pay you, resist to talking money. Candidates should not bring up about salary. You may search online and find what similar jobs pay.

3. Indifferent

Employers don’t like applicant who are not excited with working. If you are not excited, the hiring manager may think you won’t care about the company’s mission.

4. Jerkiness

Don’t be rude to the receptionist. These days, you never know the your employer is the intern or an executive.

5. Too much bling

Although hiring managers do not like applicators dress shabbily, they do not favor who looks too rich or too fancy.

6. Oprah-it is

Not to mention for employers may see you as a financial liability. Talk yourself other than your kids.

7. Self loathing

Don’t be too modest. No matter how long you have been out of work, you should get your face on and believe you are the greatest thing in the world.

Apple’s App Store has now had 250,000 apps. The online website 148Apps.biz has 252.227 apps for iPad, iphone and iPod Touch. That is to say, developers upload 323.7 apps everyday. Excluding the 49,696 inactive apps which are no longer available, 301.923 apps have been uploaded. 2,347 games have been submitted this month and non-game apps are 15.077. Games are 14 percent, books are 17 percent and 11 percent is for entertainment, while the other 70 percent are paid apps.

The App Economy is going strong, but how can you find what you want in the abundance of apps?
You can look at the lists by categories. You may find your favorite brands. You can turn to friends. But it’s really hard to find a needle in the haystack. As more online app stores open, the problem is getting worse.

Paris Hilton Arrested For Cocaine Belonging

Paris Hilton was arrested Friday night in Las Vegas because in her purse cocaine was found. This is Paris’ third drug-related incident in the past few months.

After the Las Vegas Police Department saw marijuana smoke was coming out of Paris Hilton’s car windows, they puller over her car. It’s in the front of the hotel Paris Hilton’s boyfriend Cy Waits opens nightclub.

Police found cocaine in Paris’ purse after searching. Paris Hilton was then booked at the Clark County Detention Center. But she’s probably going to deny it and pretend that the cocaine is not hers.

Paul Allen Sues Google, Apple

Paul Allen, Microsoft co-founder, has sued Apple, Google and others company, claming they overuse the technologies for which he holds the patents. Paul Allen believes they are using software that was developed years ago in his Silicon Valley laboratory. The suit includes four specific patents. They are all parts of how e-commerce and internet tools work. For example, one helps users reading news story to find related stores quickly. The other suggests products to users upon they are recently looking for. The other two make ads flash on computer screen to those users are searching.

‘Paul believes it’s important, not only to him but also to the researchers who creates it.’ David Postaman, Allen’s spokesman said. The other suited are Facebook, Ebay, Aol and Netflix.
